We are so excited to announce a new couples fitness program, instructed by Darlene Rankin and joined by Terry Wilcox. This program will be specially designed to meet the needs of couples looking to bring their fitness goals to a whole new level!
Training starts this month in Sydney River & online programming is available to couples or two friends who love working out together!
